Processing Time:
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may slightly increase. We handcraft many of our products in small batches, ensuring the highest quality.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery of 3-7 business days after shipment.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery of 2-4 business days after shipment.
- UPS Ground: Estimated delivery of 2-5 business days after shipment (depending on your location).
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You will see the available shipping options and their respective costs at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates!
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We gladly ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times for these destinations may be longer.
International Shipping:
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
CALM BALM is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@calmbalm.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
